I. concept of transfer printing method

polyester is the general name of polymer compounds containing ester bonds in the main chain. It is generally formed by condensation polymerization of dibasic acid and dibasic alcohol. Polyester can be divided into two categories, one is saturated polyester resin, which can be made into fiber or film, commonly known as "polyester". The other is unsaturated polyester resin. The name unsaturated polyester resin generally refers to the solution of unsaturated polyester in liquid ethylene monomer. When applied, initiator and accelerator are added to react to form a three-dimensional structure and solidify into a solid state. Polyester buttons are also produced according to this principle. When the temperature rises to 190-200 ℃, the molecular links in the amorphous region of the polyester soften into a semi molten state due to intensified heating movement. At this time, the original micro gap in the amorphous region expands. At this time, the disperse dye sublimates from the solid dye to the dye gas by circuitous heat. It first invades the surface of the polyester micro gap for condensation, and then diffuses from the micro gap in the expanded amorphous region to the inside of the button.
